N.jay is a Norwegian, house Artist putting a lot of care into the work he does. From a young age, he was influenced by the music he found around.

As a youngster, N.jay's father would play his vinyl collection all day long, and his brother would play heavy rock when babysitting him and his mother had an infinite collection of CDs that he browsed through when he got the house for himself. Gaming has also influenced his love for music, especially Guitar Hero and Zelda Ocarina of time. Even though the music had been a big part of him growing up, he didn't realize that music was his calling before he was in high school.

In 2011 N.jay got to put his fingers on DJ on some wheels of steel for the first time learning it quickly and disappearing into the groove of the music, instantly knowing he wanted to DJ for people. In 2014 he realized that he not only wanted to DJ, but also make quality music. As a child, he learned to whistle and used this organic instrument to make tunes and now it was time to take the next step, into electronic music.

N.jay is currently based in Bergen, Norway, where he lives with his Roommate SubPhex who also makes music and together they are working on their plan to take over the world with their music collective, Epileptic Factory.
